I remember the first time I sign up for a muaythai/boxing class. I was so nervous to join and on the walk to the gym my heart was beating so fast like it was going to explode. Stuck to traing for 3.5 months totally hated it. It was so difficult to learn the footwork and I was on the verge of quitting but I decided to just continue for a bit more and it’s been 2 years now and train 5-6 times a week hahah
