Thank you for your kind words! Unfortunately, we English-speaking folks don’t say “aburakadabura”, we say “abracadabra”. That’s two less syllables, and wouldn’t fit nearly as cleanly into the song. I simply decided that term was too long and took up too much space, and that I could get across my lyrics more clearly and efficiently by scrapping it. I was able to include all the lyrics I wanted to in the chorus section just by getting rid of it. It’s not like I particularly wanted to - it just worked out better to do so. The term ‘abracadabra’ would likely feel lost and out of place in the context of the rest of these lyrics in English. I’m sorry to have disappointed you, but I hope that made sense!

No, you can find direct translations of the lyrics online on many different websites. English Covers use direct translations as guidelines, because the lyrics directly translated do not fit cleanly into the song - they don’t have the same amount of syllables, don’t make sense grammatically, don’t rhyme, etc. Using the translation as a guide, I completely rewrote the lyrics to fit cleanly into the song. I have changed the interpretation of the lyrics to make more sense in our language, but the meaning is still mostly the same as the original Japanese
