12:14- not sure how it works in the Sol dimension, but in our world-or at least in England specifically, not sure if this is/was true for other monarchies-the throne passes from parent to child, with the child then becoming the monarch, also known as the "king" or "queen" depending on gender. the monarch's spouse is just called something like the king/queen's consort (I think) and probably doesn't have any real influence. it's been a while, so I'm not sure if I got all the facts right. hope it helps!
