Su is unlocked with time, the more ER you clear. To get Mobius tho, you need to clear certain quests. Everything can be seen on the ER story menu.

"Bronia" as for Bronie or Bronya? Well, Haxxor will get some damage with it, but its support capabilities are very weak. She will rarely use its skill, too. On HoR it is a good choice, but her signature is still better. She can use its skill before ult (0 SP cost) but without N-EX's barrier, it deals 50% less DMG. If you don't have any signatures of AE (Duality and Margrave), you can try Irene (buffs on ult), or foundry stuff - Ogier T and Fu Hua Musician MB.

@@canondela yes i mean haxxor But i was told that more types of buffs are butter, haxxor gives 27% ice dmage and 12% elemental dmage which we are already supposed to have lots of but enemies take 15 % more ice damgge is more hard to get and boosting it will make more diffrence no? On top of that she can use qte 100% uptime so wouldnt it be better? U dont even need to switch to her in order to make the buff work

"Ice DMG dealt to all targets on the field increases by 15%" doesn't mean that it makes enemies take more DMG, but gives the buff to the wielder. I don't think it works for the entire team.
