Good question, if you do not put an extra piece at the beginning and the end , you would not get a perfect circle , the circle will break into two parts.

@@krupaliKathiriya-mo8du no special, any kind of thread as long as not easy to break, but the importance is the thread has to be thick, very thick, sewing thread does not work, use embroidery thread , and double it .

You need to wet the fabric before put it in the indigo dye in order to have a better tight die effect
