Sim Rig Build

Hey dudes and dudettes! I apologise for the long time between uploads. Life got super busy, super sad and a whole bunch of things in between for a while there......
Never fear though, I am back and have finally gotten around to compiling over 6 hours worth of build footage into something much more manageable. It is still quite long, but I couldn't find the right way to give it to you in smaller instalments.
Hopefully you all enjoy watching the build as much as I enjoyed building it.

Moin, you made a fine RIG there I'm more of a hobby at ACC at the Series X and just looked at what material had accumulated over the years. I built my RIG completely out of wood and this is what it looks like now. It only has to be filled and then painted black with orange accents. However, it has become quite massive (1.72 mx 1.20 m). I built in the Gamechair as only I am allowed to sit in it. So he didn't have to go on any rails. Unfortunately, the options on the XBox are very limited. I took the 3 vibrators + control from an old massage mat, screwed 2 of them into the seat and the third to the pedals. Connected via the subwoofer of the Gamechair. Not as optimal as on a PC, but the result is astonishingly good. Engine vibrations, curbs or gear changes are simulated well. I can proudly say that I have made something fantastic for me out of "junk in the basement". Except for a few corners, I had everything lying around. I think it's great when someone thinks about it and builds something for themselves. Anyone can buy ... 😄 Definitely a nice video of you with a great result. Buddy upgrade from that tmx fr, u could get yourself set with a handbrake too if u go to a direct drive or fanatic or even a Tx base I believe

I don't know how well they actually compliment it, but I ended up with 3x 27 inch BenQ monitors. Nothing over the top, but they do the job nicely for Assetto Corsa at the moment.

I pulled it out of an old Nissan Navara/Frontier and cut it down to suit. The width of the whole thing was actually determined by how much I could narrow the dashboard.

Me 2 it's about £400 onwards for a dashboard which I don't have so the cheapest way for Me is a strong card board box cut to shape
