I have a different opinion of the meaning of the phrase "high end." This setups were pretty cool, and infinitely better than my T300 on my desk + office chair. But, I have something better in mind. If all goes to plan, I'll get there in a year or two. Edit: I'm sorry. I commented too fast. Fabian's rig is about what I want. Perfectly done.

You can, go much higher (like win the lottery high). I've seen rigs that are custom built into real race car shells. Also, go checkout Boosted Media's triple 65" rig that costs 100k.

Is there any guide to make a DIY motion platformt like Fabian's 6:00 ? Or can you ask Fabian how he did it? Because it's really hard to find motion platformts here in Iran and if you could even order one from other countries it'll cost you triple the original price tag

I'm sure you've read here and there, a thousand times the answer... vr is fine and certainly will be more so in the years to come, but for now and for this type of game (especially endurance). ... vr is definitely not the solution. Many refuse (unconsciously) to admit it.

I rocked g27 for 10 plus years before T300 then Sumucube 2 Pro. Advice? Skip middle step just go for DD 100%.

@@kevin_m haha, I has thinking on going all out with a Fanatec CSL DD for my first rig. However, I like GT3, Drifting, and F1 as well. So, is kind of expensive to get it all. I thought it would be better to get with a Logitech G29 first, but the drawbacks let me down. Any recommendations?

@@jeftesantiago it’s tough ya. Because you need a decently solid mount for a higher torque wheel base (or load cell pedal set). But it’s getting better with lower cost DD like Fanatec. I’d say save up and go with the 8 NM version of Fanatec CSL DD. I have simucube pro but use it at like 50% power. So the extra force is maybe not ‘needed’.
