@@justinlai2035 Idk man, I don't think Sima Yi's inheritance of Hua tuo's medical knowledge was the thing that got him close to Cao Pi... Just a thought, but it might have been his political precense in saving his father from the Dong Cheng assassination attempt, his rivalry with Yang Xiu, the coincidental heirship battle between Cao Zhi and Cao Pi whom Yang Xiu just so happened to support the latter, his consistent avoidance of Cao Cao, his general support of the eldest son being heir (which brought him closer with the likes of Zhong yao, Cui yan and Xun Yu) and his scheming that got Cao Pi out of various executions and punishments. You think Hua Tuo's medicinal magickery had anything to do with this? I agree that this TV show isn't at all historically accurate, nor is it even close to the novel, but I don't think it cares about "being accurate" watch 2010 or 1994 if you want accuracy. Shit diss btw, what is a sei guai lo, some guangdong hua bullshit?
