Thing is, well as far as I know... People don't really listen to radio anymore. I know I can't stand the radio and hearing the same song over and over. One of the biggest songs mainstream screwed up was wagon wheel by old crow medicine show. Awesome song that I'd listen to when I wanted. Then Darius Rucker redid the song and country radio played that song 10x per hour and ruined it! . I don't want the same thing happening to these independent songs. Like, getting played on the radio nonstop to the point you don't want to hear them anymore!

They said the same thing here in Northern California we don't play their music. I have friends back home in WNC & East Tennessee that are Independent artists & they won't play there music & they go play at these festivals & fan fares yet still don't get played on the radio.
