The Willys is the "Aero", which 1st generation was the same as sold in U.S. but with some face-lift. This is the Simca, an Fiat company born in the early 30s that takeover Ford France in 1957, selling the Vedette and Launching the Chambord one year later. As you can see, the Chambord/Vedette V-8 engines are nothing but Ford Flathead used in 30s and 40s cars.
