Hello my friends. I've read a lot of comments regarding the mod list. I want to say that unfortunately I don't have one, this is because I have a lot of plugins and I don't have the time to make a list. However I can help you find some specific mod or something that might catch your eye in the video. I only need the time in the video and what you want.

My tip in regards to realism is to limit repeating structures or patterns such as the movie theatre quarter and the Coit Towers. I also noticed that the trees have a universal density amongst their leaf cover across your city, try breaking up patches with thinner cover, refuse/pallets/barrels, dirt patches, long grass etc. And finally grit is your friend, not every unusable space has to be trees or parks. Put in some ugly parking lots and older buildings in some of these areas and you'll find that the different neighbourhoods begin having their own character implying a deeper history to the area. Otherwise it's a solid city, I can see the amount of time that went into it.

Canal gate has 2 gates each. Unless that is a floodgate. Between the two gate is the adjustment pool that is to elevate/reduce the height of water.

I always build European town houses and I feel the pain. When they grow but it’s not the kind that would match the style that I want is even worse 😭😭

50 minutes. If that is me it would be 50 hours, most of the time waiting for park menu screen. Because it is too large lol. Just downloaded BSC MML, would like to see if it reduce waiting time.

When I suffer the most is when I go underground view or zone view, it takes about 1 minute and a half to change

Do you have a mod list? I love the neighborhoods -- the trees, the houses facing the road, the house models themselves, and the wide curved streets (I assume that's part of NAM?)

i don't have a mod list. but the trees are simpeg random woods the evergreen version that is outdated in simtropolis. I combine it with the hd tree replacement mod. the houses are from simcoug diagonal homes. and the wide radius curves are from nam with the Japanese NAM Facelift Mod

I like the game, but not its atmosphere. SimCity 3000 made me a lot more happy. It was funny and cheerful.

Any chance you could give a list of some of the nice commercial lots and residential lots/parks your using? Thanks in advance if so . Really nice looking city. I also spend half my time scrolling through the parks menu lol. Changing the system setting to 100 temporarily helps.

Hello, and thanks for the comment. For the lot parks I always use peg random woods, the file on Simtropolis says it’s discontinued, but it works perfectly. If you wish the he trees in those park, like mine, you’ll also need maxis help tree replacement mod. Both of those can be found in simtropolis. For the homes, they are cp early 19th century, and diagonal homes by simcougs. For commercials I downloaded a bunch, but the best out there are by mattb325

I mainly use streets for residential areas and streets for medium or high density commercial. It’s just Personal preference, because my street mod has some parking slots, and looks cool. And only upgrade them if traffic is high
