It looks great, but it won't work in a medium density population. If a sim is travelling down an avenue and wants to go "right" he will take the shortest distance which is a tight into a road bridge, leading to a left onto an avenue. Which is a recipe for disaster.

Now what you've just done is creating 4 intersections instead of 1. On top of that you've got a lot less room to work with. There are more effective ways.

you just created 4 intersections where you previously only had one if you had just crossed the highways on one level... not an efficient solution. until SC5 comes up with one way streets and better traffic solutions like in SC4, this is useless

It's a good looking design but what does it so to help the sims get to places faster. It doesn't and u just wasted a lot of money then saving it on 2 straight lines :/

because it's made to ease the traffic, not magically make them go faster.

Less traffic=sims get to jobs, schools and tourist attractions faster= more students in a university=faster upgrade and research=cities have better efficiencies, meaning more income. More people at tourist attractions=more money. More people at work=more people have work=less complaints about worker shortage. Traffic has a lot to do with everything.
