Have you ever come across - Aonyanaler Bewildering Asset - (just google it ) ? One advice for reducing expenditure , Don't upgrade ur roads , when the get more traffic just destroy and rebuild it. I am at lvl 20 without even upgrading a single road . Once u upgrade , you need to continuously upgrade it further. I have saved around 10-20 k using this method . Just make sure to keep the traffic in check

6: while visiting others cities, sometimes a gift bubble pops up. Sometimes you get simoleons 7. In your own city, sometimes a video icon pops up over a building in a bubble ( 1:24 the bubble in the bottom left ),watch the ad and choose one of three chests. If your luck you might get simoleons or simcash

At the moment I am mass producing donuts, cream and chairs, and I Am getting around 30k a day. Before you leave the game for a long time, put half of your factories producing textiles and the other half producing animal feed. when you return, start producing the cream and start producing seeds in the factories. once the seeds are done make flour and buy sugar and spices. make donuts and make chairs by constantly producing wood and metal. also, keep upgrading residential zones to earn roughly 1k for each upgrade. if you need something for the upgrade and it is on the Global trade HQ, but it is over 1k, dont buy it. just ask for the architect to change the materials required. I hope this helps :)

The problem I have is, since I focused on upgrading my buildings, as it's a fairly high turnover and, in that, money, because I level up, I am forever buying new things I MUST have else my population becomes unhappy. For example, I just turned level 16 so I NEED a hospital else the population happiness drops to 80ish% immediately, meaning less taxes. I'm forever behind on money to spend on stuff like that. Any tips? My only thought is that I don't do anything for ages and just make sure I login, for, let's say a month; collect taxes and get my chest. Nothing else. That way I'll build up a healthy bank balance.

If you're hard on simoleons, don't upgrade buildings. Upgrading will result in leveling up, leading to more necessities that you will have to spend on. The way I do it is I see what the next level will unlock. If it's some basic stuff like another material for production, I upgrade my buildings. But if the level up will unlock a necessity like police or fire, I instead collect the taxes, sell items in the trade depot and open chests every day. That way, when I do level up, I have enough simoleons to buy the new buildings.

I think younshould participate in the mayor's league or whatever that is I actively participate in them and every week I get a surprise of a lot of simoleans People their are weak and won't bother to participate The league I'm in right now will award a 100k simoleans, 7 platinum keys and 5 cheetah tokens

Quick update, i have 11 million simoleons now! I own a massive commercial industry! I will give yall some tips too! First of all when you are selling stuff that are abundant in the global trade it will take a very long time for anyone to buy! So to solve that problem you don’t do full price but you give it a discount like 30% or 50% discount! Especially when selling burgers and fries! The Global trade is completely flooded by these items and it’s full price too! But little did they know, nobody is gonna buy these things! They are way too expensive and not that useful! Especially burgers! I tried it once, 1 single burger full price, it took WEEKS TO SELL and at the end i literally have to remove it because it was taking up space and it’s bad for business! Theres a stock in this game too, right now the burgers are really really low, nobody is buying it! Theres no demand for burgers, same with ice cream sandwiches, but ice cream sandwiches are way better, 4x faster to produce, and way less materials to create. It sold about in 4 days. Buyers are not stupid you know, they won’t spend 18 000 simoleons on 5 burgers that will never be used in the rest of your lives! You could take advantage of that, you could sell a burger for 2 000 which is still a lot of money people is gonna buy it more because they want to sell it full price for alot of profit but little did they know it will never sell and collect some dust! Guys just sell some useful stuff like vegetables and fruits and corn, nails and paint and glue, bricks, cement, tables, chairs and hammers for full price or discounts if you want! Those things are not expensive but it sells like hot cakes! Like 40 seconds after it being advertised around the world people already bought your entire stock! Just sell stuff that are very useful and it sticks out against the massive wave of burgers!

Selling raw items back to the game doesn't usually sell for as much as selling at max price on ghq. It's best to see how much the item sells at max to people before blindly selling back to the game. Sometimes the game buys something for just several simols more than people market, a bit more, or less.
