If I was a member of your club, one who`s storage isnt at 500 yet, I would cry at the fact that you sold those precious ítems to some random offer or sold them openly. Still great video, really good advice, that video is a lot of work.

My question is: when it comes to making things which would you recommend to prioritize? The boat, The planes, Vendors, Vu ( for folder keys ), contest of the Mayor items? I remember this was the one source of my frustration on this game back in 2014-15 left it for years, and came back just few weeks ago, and I was like, oh...I remember now. lol I can't seem to find the proper balance on to what and for who I was making things for. I have done this burger thing back then, it was fun, till it got too busy. Sorry for the small rant. U_U I just hope someone can help me take things easy and fun again...

I have one question. Since all of my factories are along the beach, will buying the beach area make me have to move my factories because of pollution? I haven't bought the beach yet since I'm afraid of that.

I would, because of the population boost you get from beach, you'd probably prefer your residences to be there as opposed to factories. HTH!
