This is my new favorite. Took all my favorite qualities of Waner and 7hz Zero. Then some from Kato in the mids. Upped the quality times 3. Created a near perfect 80 dollar IEM.

mhh i chose Mee Audio Pinnacle P1 over 'em because a friend gave me for a quarter of its original price ,new ,sealed boxed ,a bit of dust he even forgot he had in the garage!! So a present really as i see it .I had in the basket on Amazon at 88$ and they looks REALLY GOOD ,indeed ,although Pinnacle too apparently seems not to bad .Got them as my LG Quad Dac activate just at 50 ohms as the P1,and Simgot has only 32ohms so i needed only a l shape adaptor to Quad Dac to engage ,not a real issue ,tough

To be honest, you only need the high gain for inefficient headphones/iems. The EA500 does not require high gain under any circumstances.

been tossing up between this, the olina se & hexa. wondering what is gonna give me the best separation & stage. the tin t3+ i have really arnt doing it for me, missing a more detailed sound

You can't go wrong with either one. Olina and this one are awesome. My two current favorites who I have trouble deciding which is best. So I just listen to both on and off.

Sometimes boring is good. It's those warmer tunings with a more laid back treble that I prefer when I'm in bed at night trying to unwind. I know the Katos are in a different price category but they come to mind because they also have changeable nozzles and are a 10mm DD. Are they budget Katos or do they have their own identity?

They sound different from the Katos but has a similar overall tonality. If you have Kato already there's not much point buying these.

Yes! I have the Kato and it’s really good, but the ea500 does have a more pronounced mid bass and extended treble. Kato still has those sweet vocals though. Vocals are still really good on the ea500, good balance. I use the black filter on mine, and covered the vent hole by the nozzle for more bass. I used KBear 07 ear tips on mine as well. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Reminds me of a much better fitting Urbanfunview, without the sparkle. Safe tuning, possibly near perfect. Good price for an excellent single DD.

This! I had the Titan S and sold it, didn’t like the fit Titan S sounded good, but flatter. EA500 is the best one I’ve heard under $100. Hope this helps.

@@sagaman4785 Thank you for your help! I actually ordered the EA500 and I'm very satisfied. Been using it as my daily driver since I bought it. I needed to buy a 3rd party eartips since the stock eartips just didn't seal very well for my ears.

Very different. It's brighter and more detailed. But does it match the magic of the 03? Yes and no, depending on what you're looking for.

Sold my blon 03 , it's best in value , but too shallow fitting, hard to get good seal so ruined the bass.

Sold all my BLONs and everything under $50. There are way better options under the $50 range these days. The only Blon that I liked was the Bl 05s, but it didn’t scale very well. This ea500 covers a lot of different music, except maybe for rap or hip hop or music with real heavy bass. Something like the Legato or Rinko or my favorite, the Kiwi Ears Quartet, which is pretty good.

hi, can someone suggest me a very good natural close to real experience sounding iem ?, im mostly hear jpop & math rock. idk why but moondrop always play around my mind so anyone could help me on this. *its my first iem ever so imma get dac all together. something that focus on vocal n detail crispiness but not to over with it.

I hated my Olina SE a lot. burnt in 100 hours changed upgraded cable , ifi zen amp dac , moondrop moonriver amp both never sounds good , i given up , sold them eventually, what a relief to me. So glad that i sold it , it's super recessed sound signature no bass no sparkling High. It was my worse buy ever.super angry for that !!!!!!! Imagine the never sounds open , i can't live with this shxx....

Hello, may I ask? I have tried Shui Yueyu's aria, aria se and kato. I chose se. I think kato's bass is too heavy, although the mids and highs are obviously better. The price and CP value are not higher than se for me. Maybe I don't. I am used to choosing my first headphones. I prefer low frequencies, not too heavy, not loud, mid-treble, multiple voices, close to the vocals, louder than instruments. If I mainly listen to tiktok, light pop music, which one would I recommend more? Or do I prefer this one? Can I use a tuning tube to change it to se and occasionally to kato bass?

It's hard to go past these, considering they cost less and have (IMO) a better stock cable. The FH3 has a bit more authority in the bass but has sharper treble.

Yes, I prefer the ea500. It's a bit livelier and has my preferred sound signature. The PR1 is still amazing though and a bit cheaper. It has very impressive technical performance but I just find the ea500 a little more exciting.

Keep in mind there are several official Harman curves and most current IEMs are a slight variation on one of those, so they can sound quite different from each other. These sound nice.
