Very good interview Rabia! Hands down my favourite interviewer out there! I really like Seemi ji as an artist. We recently saw her in Sabaat and Ishq e Laa and she was so good in both dramas. This interview showed us what kind of person she is. So very eloquent and opinionated. Not only an artist, but also an activist, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A constructive criticism: Rabia should talk less and let the guest speak more. That is the problem with most Pakistani journalists and talk show hosts. She should watch some foreign journalists who put a question and then let the guest speak.

Rabia ye Jo bhi boli na culture n language per sahi 💯 I was watching Sisterlogy ( Iqra 's engagement 💍) dat opened other links too I just clicked one Karachi ki boys reviewed on Sisterlogy thy didnot respect or like their natral panjabi touch those boys claimed oh jitna marzi ziyada pesa ho ache cloths hoon per lahore punjab waloon ka saaf pata chul jata he ki punjabi hain , uf so wat I think its beauty of local languages glimpse touch accents prominently showing who thy are where thy from lile Balochi Sindhi Gilgiti Hunzayi Kashmiri Pasthoon hv touch of local languages while speaking Urdu so why punjabi spoken person become mocking stock ?

Thank God someone talked abt rise of hardcore and fundamentalism thinking in Pakistan. It's truly shocking to see the level of regressive attitudes. I mean on this other platform, even the so called educated, and "elite" ended up bashing a celebrity because he touched feet or used namaste gesture. That's how narrow the thinking was. Truly made me wonder what kind of is lm and faith is being taught that bashing women and confining women or just not being open minded is okay. Sad to say but some aspects of the faith need urgent revision. Tragic to see what's happening in Iran. And esp the idea that woman is subordinate (and so beating her) not to mentio treatment of minorities and indeed no conversation on poplation and tht faith based encouragement for multipl is very concerning.
