When I watched the Trailer of the new dinosaur film "I am T-Rex, I noticed some a couple or more footages that were similar to the Speckles the Tarbosaurus films (One of the footages however referenced that one Lion King scene)

This is literal plagarism, extremely similar plot elements and character personalities, and even scenes with slight differences. It's like if they took The Lion King and replaced all the lion characters with leopards or something like that, and changed the character names but everything else is the same.
