Yes, if all the internal angles of two shapes are the same then they are similar. If the lengths of the sides are also the same, then they are congruent.

WHY do you say sides are corresponding when they are opposite the same angle instead of simply saying because they ARE PART of the same,angle..meaning it is the side or edge of the same,angle as in the other triangle just a different length..much more straightforward..just curious..
