Materials
For the dough;
Half a glass of oil (100 ml)
Half a glass of yoghurt
1 egg
1 packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 - 2.5 cups of flour
For the inside;
150 g cheddar cheese
For the outside;
1 tablespoon of water
2 tablespoons of molasses
roasted sesame
Preparation of
For the dough, add eggs, yoghurt, oil and salt to the kneading bowl and mix well with a whisk.
Let's add some of the flour and baking powder to it.
Let's first mix the dough with a spatula until it comes together.
Let's knead the dough by adding the rest of the flour in a controlled manner.
Let's tear off pieces from the collected dough and roll them with our hands.
After pressing on it and expanding the dough, let's place a few pieces of cheese in the middle.
Let's gather the ends of the dough in the middle and give it its final shape by rolling it with our hands. Let's shape all the dough in the same way.
After shaping the entire dough, let's put roasted sesame seeds on a plate.
Let's mix molasses and water in a bowl.
Let's put the pastries we shaped first in molasses water and then in thirsty seeds and put them in the airfryer chamber where we placed baking paper.
Then let's place the hopper in the airfryer. Let it cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, our sesame and kashar bagel pastries are ready to be served. Enjoy your meal!
