This is crazy! I’m the single uncle that has taken his nephew in. I enjoy fishing and I refinish furniture. My favorite color is green and you used green accents throughout the renovation. I swear it’s like you took my story and put it in your video 😮. Great job on this build!

I really love the inside woodworking shop. My dad and Brothers had one in the a room off of the finished basement. There was always noise and surprisingly the dust mostly stayed to that one room.

I 100% agree that your building style & level of detail has dramatically increased since you started using custom content! I actually think your style dramatically changed when you did the Junes Journey build. I feel like that elevated both your landscaping and your interior design to a very high-level and you’ve been maintaining and exceeding that ever since. I’d love to see you getting more into the tool mod and starting to do some custom furnishings using all the bits and pieces in the debug menu. I enjoy watching folks do that as part of their builds and it would be fun to see you do it too. Thank you Dawn for creating so many gorgeous builds that are now part of my permanent base save file! 💜💜💜

Love the renovation 💖 Hey, here's an idea. Maybe after doing all the base game houses, you can do pack specific ones. Like renovating "Get Together" where you do Windenburg houses with just base game and the pack. I am just suggesting this because I love your builds but most of the time can't use them cuz of not owning most packs.

The way I hate base game lol but this build looks absolutely lovely! The doors and windows in that swatch look really good, I'm honestly impressed. For some reason, whenever I build I never seem to be able to fit the base game doors and windows anywhere. I really liked this video, this was a very good renovation!

I think a cute storyline would be if it was the Uncle’s office but he didn’t have a computer because he is more of an outdoorsy type and never really learned technology but the teenager nephew brought their computer and is showing the Uncle how to use it and maybe helping him to type out a CV/Resumé or something so that he can get a new fishing or woodworking job that is more inline with his passions than whatever he was doing before

The house is supposed to be a shotgun (or technically camelback since it has an upstairs). They are a style found in the South, common especially in NOLA I think. I believe this town is supposed to have scenery and houses based on Louisiana so I guess it makes sense.
