How good is this jacket in the in the fall and winter? Is it as warm as the stormr Stryker Jacket?

It wont be as warm as the Stryker Jacket, it is more desiged to be layered on top of either a wetsuit or on top of waders with some layers underneath it. The cut is designed to have layers underneath

I’m a mail carrier and was wondering if this jacket would keep me dry delivering mail in the rain on foot? The USPS has rain gear available for us to spend our uniform allowance on however they are overpriced and don’t keep me dry.

It sure would! These jackets are extremely waterproof and the features like a neck seal and wrist gaskets help keep you dry.
