I was headhunted to appear on the show. I am a magician. I showed them magic, and a few days before the broadcast they insisted I switch to ventriloquism. Foolishly I agreed, and they crucified me on the live show. Had I done the magic they had seen initially, I would have done far better. But I realized too late I was one of the sacrificial lambs brought on to be made look bad. It is a very manipulative program.

These other people you talk about with sad stories are actually true stories about genuine people and their life. Not lies. He didn't prove a point at all. It would of been a great story for a rapping rabbi, but it was all fake. The judges are looking for unusual stories like that and sad isn't the word. My friend auditioned for American Idol once but it was like this, she went in front of a different crew and was told she has work to do and turned down before she even got to see the famous judges. I had an idea that they did this but it's interesting to see an actual video of the process. It is sad though that they pick specific horrible acts to entertain an audience, those people have to be absolutely heart broken after that.

Iv seen some real sob stories get brutally put down in the past so I really dont know if that plays a faster all the time. and not to mention when any of the acts get contract because of the show dont the judges get cuts too. if it was me who knew how stupid people really are and how much people people like dumb shit like the act he did here, then why not pass him and see if anyone picks him up. more money is more money.did they have a guy giggle and dance on stage for two minutes like a ballerina and people ate that shit up. tell me people dont enjoy dumb shit time to time.
