This par 5 looks tough for sure but I believe the toughest par 5 belongs to Sibbe hole 5 (aka The Monster, 311m/1020ft) in Finland. In 2020 Finnish Nationals there were 0 birdies the whole weekend, bear in mind that majority of the MPO field was rated over 1000.

That hill on hole 5 feels way steeper in-person. Really penalizes the overturned backhand… (not that I would know). Also, not sure that's really the hardest hole in the world, sure Nate played it really well, but you compare that to the difficulty of the other one, and it's hard to believe.
