Why the heck was Chatty Man cancelled?? It's STILL one of the best chat shows ever! Alan Carr and his guests had, and gave us, so much fun and laughter. Jeez, I really miss this show. I truly hope that a TV channel that's not afraid of Alan's naughty but wonderful humor, will sign him up and allow the respectful p155 taking and getting drunk of FANTASTIC guests to continue xxx

Graham Norton gives guests a drink, but only Alan gave guests excess amounts of alcohol and (unlike Graham) joined in with the drinking. That gave a different sort of show which I don't think has ever been successfully copied. I checked online about the cancellation - it was down to Alan getting low viewing figures, compared to Graham. He'd also had a lot of difficulty getting the big stars, as they preferred to go on Graham's show. In a newspaper interview in 2016, it was said: Channel 4 has also said the ‘door is open’ for Chatty Man to be revived However, given the years now gone by, I think that ship has sailed. Alan has moved onto other projects.

Why is this show not a thing today? It's so good. I miss Nick and Simon (and Edgar) of yesteryear.

This is what I like about the English. They are open about sex, make jokes about it, have no problems having fun while talking about it. I always find it weird when US shows are super prude and the slightest sex joke that goes beyond the bland and they suddenly become super worried "oh no, we can't say that, that's too sexual, oh no, Karen will be mad with us". lmao

Geez, how old is this? Posted as “1 year ago”, but they’re promoting TinTin? I think this only popped up because I watched Rosenbaum’s “Inside of You” podcast with Simon…who was literally zooming in on a laptop screen like he mocks Peter Jackson with, here. 😂 Also, Simon greets Alan with a hug. Nick greets Alan with a kiss on the cheek. And then they proceed to talk about combining their dna. Cheeky!
