Dagger, since the farm is so close to the sea, you could easily create a park for caravans and make some money by it while planting and reserving even more trees, especially if you put in some other sizes and varieties and had a good plan as to where to put them. That land is becoming quite park like even now. At minimum you might put in some paths and picnic tables for yourself and a few others. . . perhaps a pond or water feature? Be a good incentive for the auction people to rent your other land too. Love the direction the series is taking. Thanks for the fun!

Well another great survival roleplay which I always enjoy, would be nice to see seasons used in survival roleplay to make it more realistic but I'm not sure if It would fit in, Simon was always a fishy one even from the start from his lack of machinery.

If you will transfer survival roleplay to 19 you have to use seasons! It will bring a lot of realism and whrn you made the first episode in 17 i was so uppset that you did not use it. Keep up the good work

You maintain the right as landlord to make sure your property is maintained to an acceptable standard. This is clearly laid down in the tenancy agreement that Simon signed and is legally binding. As for your camera's I assume you have removed the displays in your old farm house and reinstalling them in the new gaff. As has also been mentioned I also assume that the cameras are accessible through a secure website that only you have the password for. It wouldn't hurt to change the password regularly. Or if you have significant concerns then hire a security agency to keep an eye on your interests on your behalf. They won't be cheap but what is these days apart from poverty?

Hello mr. Daggwin, if you are interested in buying a bigger-higher horsepower tractor, I know about some very well maintained tractors around here, in fact next door to me. My neighbor who owns the farm for many years ecame very old and he can't run the farm any more because he is left alone. So he is selling his two tractors and some of the machinery. One of his tractors for sale is 1988 Fendt farmer 312 LSA with 125hp and 8700 working hours, it has ac, front linkage and pto and it's in very good condition. The price for this tractor is £21500. The other tractor is 2001 John Deere 6910 with 140hp and 5600 working hours, it also has ac, and it has 40kph gearbox. The price por this one is £24000. I think that's a fair prices for those tractors and you can put many more hours on them. His tractors are located in Upton farm. For more information write me down here.
