Was this supposed to be a sequel/spin off of Double Team (The Van Damme/Rodman movie)? This movie was on a channel that shows these low budget B action movies. And I turned it on just to see how bad it was. It was the car chase scene. Rodman and Cook are in the car and you can clearly see the camera zooming in and out in what is already a tight medium shot of just the two of them inside the car.
