I don't have kids myself (by chouce), but non the less, it's interesting to hear how things work- not to mention don't work in other countries. In Norway, I reckon it's safe to say the system has gone from overseeing too many mistreated kids to taking too many kids from their parents. Sadly, neither of our countries systems seem work out for the best of the children..
