Spectacular. Very good instruction and so timely. Just started playing singles and this is just the workout I was looking for. Thanks so much.

This is great. It's hard to find good tips and drills for singles. Thanks for putting this out there. I know what I'm doing tomorrow morning with my singles partner.

Are you encouraging running around to avoid the backhand in a warm-up drill?

What pickleball do you use at your camps? The clubs I play at use the Penn 40 which are USAPA approved and are cheap and durable. The problem is, they bounce 31 inches when new but drop down to 26 inches after extended use. The Onix Pure 2 bounces at 36 inches when new (too high to get USAPA approval), but drop to 31 inches after extended use which is within the USAPA range. Are there any guidelines for how long a ball should be used?

Simone I wanted to find a partner to practice and not just play game. Most of the players I meet are unable to control the ball so it's harder to show them to work together. Most of the time they just wanted to play. I end up getting bored cause people just hitting the ball. Any suggestions how to find players that has the same ability to practice. Most of the time I visit court and end up people they say they have been playing for 2 or 3 years but their ability to control there ball is unstable any suggestions?

Most people just want to play, it's why most people remain mediocre and don't improve.
