How is she so perfect 😭 Notes: - stop being insecure - confidence comes from the heart: don’t pretend - never one up someone - eye contact - make small wins of others a big deal - don’t brag - never feel threatened by others - be present (don’t think of past) - don’t hog conversations - have own sense of humour - be good at human psychology - how to become good at psychology : observe and understand yourself - confident people are humble & vulnerable Conclusion: I’m not insecure I’m just not confident. I give off “complain” vibes which I need to fix.

Huge update: I no longer seem toxic to others . I no longer feel toxic. Which is great. I am to an extent toxic and still give off complain vibes but I am hoping it’ll go away too! I also really need to stop this whole pretend me era. I am not fake: but I pretend involuntarily I don’t want to.

A lot of truths in this video. Highly appreciate it! The initial reason for me to watch this video was not the feeling that I would be insecure but thought you gave some tips on how to position yourself in highly professional environments, like being among multi-millionaires or billionaires at an event for example. I am charismatic & highly confident (and have fluctuation in that of course, everybody has, as you said too!) but what people do not understand that we are collectively learned how to be insecure about ourselves because of the false social programming. People would not feel insecure or learn how to be insecure if societal norms didn't suppress their authenticity and genuine personality...just like your innocent joke for example. You did not mean harm but people don't get that we are all individual universes and have our own way of expressing ourselves. She got insecure by your joke. And that made you feel unfit in some ways. It was just a joke. It is a ripple effect to the misunderstanding of each other based on false projecting onto one another. Embracing the totality of yourself (good and bad) projects you within your energy as embracing towards others too. Indeed. That is the trick! From the inside out not from the outside in!

Absolutely agree! It's all about authenticity-confidence and charisma can't come from insecurity. I've felt the difference when I'm genuinely engaged versus when I'm just trying to impress others. Humor can be tricky; sometimes our jokes miss the mark, but that’s part of the fun! I’ve been working on my skills through the Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x, which really emphasizes connecting with others through laughter. Remember, the more we embrace ourselves, the more we lift each other up. Keep shining!

03:27 oh well I´m not insecure, I´m just autistic :D but you can still be charismatic and show people you are interested without constandly looking at them. I have learned that it´s more important to listen and make people feel good about themselves by genuinely being kind. It happens sometimes that people become insecure because of my confidence and thats when I try to show myself vulnerable and approachable to them so we are on the same level and no one is above or below, we are all worth of being seen and whenever I might feel insecure around people I ask myself why and what I´m missing in myself that makes me feel less worth or not good enough. But if you constandly feel insecure around specific people you shouldn´t engage with them and surround yourself with people where you can be yourself with and feel good without thinking about how you act. ✌🏼

Traits of successful people that are socially good to be around: confident eye to eye contact make others feel important introduce them to others in a good way humble kind of vulnerable (to build human connections) Bonus points Stop being insecure; being insecure makes us easier to be manipulated no one wants to talk to an insecure person who looks here are there and does not maintain firm eye contact work on yourself add humor that people are able to understand keep charming! :)

*How to be the most confident & charismatic person in the room?* * Confidence and Charisma doesn't stem from insecurity, energy don't lie, people can feel it. It has to come from heart, it should be who you are. * Stop being insecure. * Make people feel important when you meet them, see them eye to eye, be genuinely interested in them. Don't speak over them, don't let your ego speak, it will show you are not confident within. Be attentive while talking to them. * Be personable, when someone is talking, listen genuinely. * Don't feel inferior to other people, don't feel threatened, stay calm, lay back in confidence. * Be present, don't have your mind all over the place. Be fully present, take the moment to respond accordingly and appropriately. People * Don't hog conversations, let the people speak freely. * Look inward not outward, focus on yourself and not on people if they are looking at you or not. Everyone gets magnetised to you when you are being yourself and focused on yourself. * In order to achieve these states you need to work on your mental health and your confidence, your own security. * Be super warm, give someone's intro to other like they are really big personality. * Be funny, have your own way of sense of humour. * Be good in human psychology, should be able to read other people emotions, read signals if they are bored. To be good in psychology understand yourself more, collect your own data, observe people around you, collect data and learn from it. * Be humble, have this mindset that you don't have anything to prove. * Be vulnerable, don't shield everything that you are, human connections are built through vulnerability but off course have some boundaries with strangers. * Are you truly confident or are you actually insecure? * Fix yourself first, be confident in your own skin.

But there are charismatic people who are obviously and even openly insecure and openly hate themselves. Enneagram Fours seem to have a charisma that does not go away entirely unless they are dealing with shyness in a stereotypically avoidant way. When they overcompensate instead, something special can shine through the bluster. When they drop the bluster and work on other methods of coping, their charisma increases with their mental health. But it is always there to some extent unless they are currently experiencing social anxiety disorder with the stereotypical quietness and avoidance of being noticed. Most people are drawn to them positively, some minority are repelled by them in some cases but they make an impression on everyone, their presence is felt strongly and they are memorable even at their most insecure. A tonne of rock musicians are like this. Russell Brand, love him or hate him, has always been like this, magnetic from his worst to his best mental health. They can have active addictions and eating disorders as what feel like empowering distractions and escapes from their emotional problems and trauma, and still have this charisma, the vulnerability can even increase their charisma because people are more drawn to people who seem impressive overall but are open about their flaws and vulnerabilities, it makes them relatable.
