@Simonster Not sure if you could do this..but it would be helpful if you can do a weight/body weight exercises that would help strengthen catch arm on airflares. If any exercises has helped you achieve the strength and move. Much appreciation for all the tutorial vids. 🙏

im kind of the same in the sens that i have to learn elbow airflares instead of airflares. my reason i cant fully straighten my throwing arm, and iv been trying this fuckin move for over 8 years now still yet to even catch one properly..its so fucking hard

@@gabrielsobrecasa4753 no. I want to challenge the first assumption too… I generally just hold my breath and breathe when feels natural. Until you can do 5+ reps, you’re probably wasting your time thinking about breathing over technique. This is because you can easily hold your breath for 5+ reps and if won’t affect performance. If you try to inhale and exhale every rep, you’ll be taking shallow and inefficient breaths like a dog panting. Instead, just breathe when you feel like you need to and when feels natural…
