As a programmer or a software engineer, you need to work with many different people. You are hired to solve complicated business problems with software. You need to be 100% good in communication to understand the business requirement, and explain how to solve the problems with software and you should be very good in both verbal and written communication! IF you CANNOT communicate with other people, AI will take over your job :) Good luck!
