I like to describe the platform, convexity, dangers, speed of strike, ect.... in my mind. Then, formulate a strategy and attempt to execute. Staying engrossed in the piece helps, and knowing when to take a break. 😀

Have you ever seen a flaked Or knapped out celt? That's a artifact.

@@Flintknappingtips I know most Celts and grooved axes are ground out. This that I found It isn't granite it's some kind of chert and it looks like a celt. Can I send pictures to your e-mail account?
