Simple and Easy Fried Rice recipe

INGREDIENTS
Vegetable oil
1 - 2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp minced or finely grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables
1/2 tsp Maggi allpurpose seasoning
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce (Make it darker if you desire but remember soy sauce is salty)
1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
2 Green onion tops diced
