yeah, ebony vs. rosewood i prefer ebony. it does "feel" more premium, but really it comes down to preference. i'm looking at a esp usa or original m-ii for my next guitar

Those standard series ESP's were the best , cost around 1700/1800€ brand new , quality at his best .... we will never see that again today ; that's why I only buy used guitars now . But the thing I found whith my ESP's is that when you got mutliple guitars with the same bridge/ same scale lenght (even if you swap pickups) you find they kind of all sound near the same , you keep them and put a different tuning on each but then you buy guitars from other company because you get bored your hear needs new things .

I think maple fretboard is the best for this model but probably it’s rarer.

With maples attack and EMG 81’s snappiness, it can be either too much or something killer in a different way 😅
