This was a hard one to guess. It gave mixed signals. In the community tab, I expressed my guess it might have been a Dedolight. Heavily diffused, Daniel says in the video. But the shadow under her nose and skin have rather abrupt transition. The background has no shadows, though and with the relatively low - to lens/camera - position of the light source I would expect a bit of that (but the left side is cropped way and the light must have been slightly camera right so a shadow may be cropped away). I had to play the video a few times and listen more carefully, and there it was. The softbox was dipped forward. Daniel's had gesture indicates what I would call feathering and that makes the light source smaller at sitter's face, hence the shadow transitions suggestive of a smaller light source. I would generally be inclined to feather this way in order to get more even lighting head to toe, not headshots. Still, nice shot and yes, this was out of the box for me.
