Today we gave my husband an incredible yet simple treatment with dazzling tingles that help you fall asleep fast!

i really like the fact that you leave some time no talking in between your soft speech this way you dont disrupt the focus of the viewer to other sleepy sounds incorporated in the video like breathing, snoring etc.. while at the same time speech becomes an actual sleep trigger rather than keeping the brain awake to focus on what is said in the video instead of letting it relax and fall asleep ! to me this is an excellent approach ! thank you !!!
