You can probably use a cheap plastic folder or cutting mat from the dollar store to make your own dividers

Yup, I can do that. But I want that consistent cutout of the plastic separators. I just made 2 different designs with this mechanism integrated. I am now taking a look of replacing the regular nylon with a ripstop one for strength and longevity.

@@BADDesignLeather great idea on the ripstop. Gonna use a plot cutter to make the dividers and will try the ripstop idea of yours.
