the stirring of the meat in one direction allows the protein fibres to rebind as strands so it gives your dumplings a nice "mouth bite"

Hi Flo and Dude…Gon Hey Fat Choi …. This was a wonderful video. I loved the simplicity of the noodle recipe and it will most definitely be making an appearance on my dinner table. I love that the recipes you show us are for us home cooks. Nothing terribly complicated with too many ingredients we don’t have or will only use once. Happy cooking. Take care 😊🇨🇦

I love this! I noticed that you're using an iwatani butane burner, do you have to use their canister? I can't find it anywhere, and amazon says that they can not ship to my location. I live in Southern California. One of my daughters got me an iwatani butaner burner, but it does not come with the fuel canister.
@FloLum2 жыл бұрын
I just buy whatever butane canisters are on sale but mine is not iwatani brand. It’s the closest I can find to the no name brand that I have.

I’m not sure about that but like in every culture there are dishes with lots of fat and others without. You’d have to pick and choose the right ones.
