That’s awesome, thanks for sharing! I now understand that I did it incorrectly for years. Would it also work on Wenzhou paper? I’m asking because I once got a cheaper version of this paper and I use it for practice. Anyway, I’m considering buying the book.

Beautiful video. Do you know which side of the paper we paint on…. Is it rough side or the smooth side of Xuan paper?

We prefer the smooth side unless you purposely are trying to show more texture but in that case, we would choose a different paper than xuan paper
