Simple DIY Fender Flares! Widebody Civic Coupe pt.3

This has got to be the easiest way to make custom widebody fender flares for your ride! Today we focus on how to design a classic style flare using cardboard and polyurethane foam sheets! Great results on the first try! We have a perfectly shaped flare ready for some fiberglass, and maybe even carbon fiber! Foam ordered from www.acpcomposites.com/ it is 1/4" thick polyurethane foam with 6 PCF density.

Sir, What are your wheel specs? Spacers? I own a 10th gen si coupe. Currently on tein coils with some flush/poking fitment (255/35/18). The goal is to run a really meaty setup just like in this video! the wheel specs are the most tricky part it seems!

These are 225/45r17 tires, wheels are 17x7.5 +42 offset. I run wheel adapters that space the wheels out about an inch as well. I would check out fitment industries gallery for the 10th Gen si, they should have pictures and specs of other 10th gens for reference

Yep 2 inch custom hub adapters, they go from 4x100 to 4x108 so I can run these wheels

Factory bolt pattern is 4x100 in using an adapter to make these 4x108
