Soy TVP (textured vegetable protein) is often used as basic ingredient in many vegetarian. dishes. What about inoculate soy TVP with koji yeast in the same way that is mde for koji rice, to make TVP get a very rich umami flavor?

Hi everyone, thank you for watching! SHOYU KOJI is a traditional Japanese seasoning, the same as Shio koji. It is an excellent seasoning with ten times more UMAMI than Shio koji. It's an essential part of any healthy life so give it a go!

Hello! Koji is white in colour, I mixed soy sauce so it is brown.
