I am new to royal icing. I wanted to try this year with my mom. Ive watch many videos and i have seen some people use a hard consistency or and outline consistency then they switch to a medium one to fill it. Have you ever had the medium consistency drip if you dont put a outline consistency? Ive seen many people also do what you do where you just squeeze harder to fill. I hope you will respond bc I absolutely admire you cookie skills!
