Everything looks amazing! I love the subtle coziness in each room is perfect! The doll and fall touches in Brynn’s room are adorable! You mentioned baby proofing the playroom, I don’t think Brynn is crawling yet, but the dogs water bowl scares me for her, as a Mom of 3 and grandmother to 5 I felt it important to point that out just in case it hadn’t crossed your mind. Hi Katie, The upper room where y’all spend a lot of time with Bree looks so pretty and the mat for Bree to play on is neat, how nice for all the babies to have to play on and to keep them off the floor/carpet. You really found some GREAT FALL STUFF for your home it all looks so good. Hi Katie, I love to use sage or moss green for fabric accents too. This fall I am loving plum or dark red faux florals combined with off white oak leaves - so pretty and elegant. I am over the traditional orange and yellow right now. Also - the more neutral tones transition so easily into Christmas. BTW: live your Target dollar spot videos. ❤

Hi Katie love the fall decor. I have to tell you I am in love with the sage green. That is my wall color in my kitchen. I never get sick of it I have off white cabinets. That color is so versatile you can add any earth tone colors and they all go and Christmas a touch of burgundy looks beautiful as well.

I’m decorating with muted greens, milky whites, and a settle bit of a muted orange and every year, like you we have a tradition but mine is not a doll, i usually use forest animals so I picked a fox this year to mix in with our decor. My kids are grown, but my daughter’s little boy ( Rigby Oliver)aka my favorite person in the world love to come over to yaya’s house to play with the stuffed foxes that are there for him.

Nicely done. You add just enough seasonal decor to give it a fall vibe. Love the play mat in Brynn's room. It is a great idea. As for my own decorating, I usually change it up every year. This year I think that I'm going to have a different color scheme for each room making use of what I already have plus add in a few new items. I like to go with the flow for each season. It makes it more fun.

The decor is subtle and colors are soothing. Nice job. Was that a dog bowl full of water? how many times has that been upset? You might consider keeping the dog bowl in the bathroom. (I always put a small place mat under the bowls to keep them from moving and to catch the dribbles. The dogs will learn where it is and much easier to clean for drips and spills.

Very cute and cozy warm touches of fall! I have been doing a lot more minimal Decour this year with more warm tones like the greens and browns as well some of my florals. Do you have some burgundy? I’m trying to get away from those orange colors for this year. And I know what you mean about not grabbing something at HomeGoods when you see it.
