Ok for me the bathroom or toilet ,not being on the main living floor is a no go. Where i live the entire building would have ot be inclosed and insulated. a Full bathroom with a tub and shower. As well as a living room and two bedrooms. What i could do with this is change the roof line to add a loft 3rd floor bedroom so that one of the the 1st floor could be a combination kitchen/linvingroom, and the 2nd floor bedroom's along wit hthe loft as a 3rd bedroom. There would also have ot be a 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor or in the master ,loft bedroom. Then i would love it! lol Maybe where your building this farm house the weather is good year round and the idea of inclosing the ,entire 1st floor and stairway is nuts ,but not where i live! LOL P.S. i would have poured a much larger pad then needed so that a small barn or large shed could be added right next door or even connected to the home ,later? Good video though

@@eduardochavacano so im not a beautiful person because i made a few s uggestions? hehe If i was a single man or just me and a girlfriend i would say the home is perfect. But i have a large family and other relatives so i would need the room for them to visit. On top of that the wonderful "tiny" home u have here wouldnt be useful year round for me. I live too close to the great white north! So if you cant take a few suggestions or opinions maybe I should wait until you mature a bit before coming back? Still a good video and it gave me quite a few ideas! thanks and have a great life!

P.S.S. a spiral staircase at the end where yours is would also open up the rest of the 2nd floor and you could in fact expand the 2nd floor over the open space you have there the current staircase is. The overall home could have a much larger living space with a few minor changes! but like i said good video!

If this will be a farmhouse in the countryside, I don’t think leaving the first floor with the kitchen dining and living area open to insects, pests and other unsanitary elements would be a good idea. And the bathroom is missing a shower and bath and too small. You should add a small porch instead or enclose the first floor with some sort of wooden screen or doors similar to the wall around it. The concern is the main floor is too open to the outside and won’t provide you a cozy night or dinner when there are frogs, insects, and other stuff you don’t want to see in your tiny home. Also what if it rains or a hurricane comes? The main floor won’t withstand that harsh weather and will only drench the furniture and appliances.
