Abiola Opeyemi Thank you so much. I’ve struggled with my skin since my teenage years. Seeing a doctor and getting on regimen has helped tremendously. I use the Obagi vitamin c 20% during the daytime and retinol every second night. I would also go for a chemical peel when the budget allows now and again.

loveinautumn 39 I spritz my hair lightly with a mix of water and aloe vera juice. After that I’ll rub a bit of shea butter and oil in my hands and smooth it in my hair and the perimeter of my hair to neaten it up. I use a satin scarf after that at night. It will stay neat throughout the week. To refresh, I do that at the end of the week. I do remove the hairpins at the back when I sleep though. Yes I do use henna.
