Simple Garden Bouquet | Herbs & Dahlias

This bouquet was my therapy after a crazy work day, or week. (or LIFE!) It's simple; there are no grand techniques. It was honestly the best I could manage at the end of the day, but sometimes just slowing down long enough to enjoy flowers is enough. The scent of the lemon basil & sage filled the studio as I trimmed and tucked, and those stunning Punkin Spice dahlias are a delicious therapy all their own. Those petals!
Try it? If life feels heavy or stressful and you don't know how you'll manage in the days ahead, take a moment to just breathe and indulge in your stress buster of choice. And maybe even go for a walk and collect whatever is blooming in the wild or in your garden to create a little bouquet of your own.

The second piece is Beethoven’s Piano Sonata in F Major Movement 2 (Rondo). But listen to a professional version, I don’t know where she got this recording but it’s full of mistakes! (I’m a piano teacher and spend lots of time working with this one 🙂)
