If you can get in with guildies are friends, sure you can do it without bonus. I know plenty of people who have. Doing random queue tho, you will probably get kicked

this was quite a simple raid with a bit of dodge mechanics, released today on global, idk why i often get kicked though im bringing Shushu, Rosario, and Juno with 437k pwr as an Orbia....also i noticed i see a 99/99 with 7 hours timer on my bonus status, does that mean i get 99 bonus entries within that time?

I dont know about your entries. Seems like a bug. But they are probably kicking you because you are bringing Juno. She does nothing for that fight
