Это пластиковый цинк. но для изготовления носка вы можете использовать разные материалы. либо гибкий, либо жесткий

Because I don't want the toe side of the shoe to be thick... but you have three choices 1 you can do as I do 2 you can do it complete 3 you can do complete and slop it from the middle to the toe side. Thank you

Yes you can add up all over... but I prefer to do like that or even if I add up all over I use to level the toe side. So that I wouldn't get higher toe cap...
