I think gas oven is a bit dangerous for people who don't really know what they are doing coz if you let gas build up in the oven without burning it would cause an explosions

Hmmm, there are NO temperature settings on the oven bake and broil knobs! How would one know if they are at 350 degrees Farenheit or its equivalent in Celsius?
