Hajat what can i use to replace garam masala?

Use biryani masala instead if possible. We failed to find it. Or you can use curry powder instead. Garam Masala is comprised of Cumin, Coriander, Bay leaves, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fennel seeds, Cardamom seeds, Nutmeg. Try and source as many of those ingredients if possible

Most big supermarkets sell it though it a bit on the expensive side so you can leave it out. Or the Indian supermarkets, try Sharma supermarket on Martin Road
